Cheese is my favorite all day food. It is delicious and neutritios with protein, calcium, phosphorous, and vitamins such as vitamine B. It makes your bones and muscles stronger, specially for women, who are more prone to calcium deficiency than men. Home made fresh cheese, which has much less salt and fat than the cheese you buy in the market, is also very delicious and you can even use it on Pizza as a substitute for Motzerrela cheese. One of my best memories in Thailand was making this cheese that made me feel at home 🙂 and after decades being away from my birth land, still cheese, bread, and hot sweet tea is my favorite breakfast. Try it, you’ll love it 🙂
