About Sima

Sima is a highly passionate pastry chef of over twenty years. A self-taught culinary experimenter in the arena of international delights and ingredients.

With catering events spanning schools, churches, and professional functions, she’s had the opportunity to research and refine dozens of recipes from fourteen different countries around the globe. This has lent to her creatively sophisticated taste in healthful foods and beverages.

But before these opportunities ever came along she harnessed her skills in her very own kitchen, which she fondly christened “the Love Lab”. She explains, “My kitchen became the laboratory where I poured out my love for this work and passion of balanced health. Experimenting with new ingredients while perfecting homegrown techniques has been a joy for me.”

Having worked with pastries for a local Five Star Diamond French restaurant, and various Cafés, her unique Delights garnered clients across the country with rave reviews.

Dr. Sima (Dr. Sii) earned her MD from the renowned University of Tehran, and her MPH from the University of Oklahoma.

She has now embarked on her dream of combining her passion for International Delights with Health & Wellness at the Si’Mama Café located in Bethlehem, PA. Sima also enjoys promoting organic farming, balanced nutrition, and a positive healthy lifestyle.
